This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and web portal, specifically focusing on our attendance and location tracking services.

2. Location Tracking Services

Our system utilizes advanced geo-fencing technology to manage employee attendance. To provide these services, we collect and process location data:

  • Punch In/Out Location: Real-time GPS coordinates are captured when you perform a punch-in or punch-out action to verify you are within the assigned department's radius.
  • Background Location Tracking: During an active work session (after punch-in and before punch-out), the mobile application may collect your location in the background (every 30–60 seconds) to ensure compliance with department geo-fencing rules.
  • Geofencing & Dwell Rules: We monitor if an employee exits the predefined boundary during an active session. A violation is only triggered after continuous absence from the area for more than 3 minutes.
  • Anti-Spoofing Measures: We implement security guards to detect mock locations, GPS spoofing, and impossible movement speeds (velocity checks) to maintain system integrity.

The data collected is used strictly for HR management purposes:

  • Verifying attendance and work hours.
  • Ensuring workplace compliance through geo-fencing.
  • Generating administrative reports and analytics for management.
  • Detecting and preventing fraudulent attendance activities.
